Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:
8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
4 oz. shredded Parmesean Cheese
8 oz. cream cheese--softened
1 can artichoke hearts--drained
1 stick butter
1 med onion-chopped
8 oz. sour cream
Soften the onions in a little butter in the microwave. Mix all ingredients together. You may have to use a mixer. Pour into a baking dish. Sprinkle a little extra parmesean on top.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
